Wedding Packages

Wedding Packages and Al la carte items all can be customized.  For Al la carte items see wedding check list provided or see below items in packages & priced per situation. Traveling expenses and lodging additional if required. Packages are based on parties up to 60 guests, more than 60 ask for pricing.)

Officiant: Complete wedding ceremony officiating, customizing is available. Officiant works with couple in deciding on ceremony choices, attends rehearsal and ceremony.  See our wedding officiant pricing here.

Wedding Package #1 Simple Wedding starting at $1200

Includes:

• Themed Menu for Reception or ceremony
• Themed Seating cards (I can provide vendors and suggestions, you choose and purchase frames, I will assemble)
• Themed Table Numbers
• Themed Favor Tags ( I can provide vendors and suggestions, you purchase favors)
• Themed Send–off tags (you purchase biodegradable rice or sparklers or bird seed or bubbles)
• Help with seating chart
• Themed signs, for gift table, gift cards and seating chart.
• You set up at reception. $400 extra for us to set up day of reception

Wedding Package #2 Elegant Wedding starting at $2000

Includes:

• Includes all of Package #1 plus:
• Themed Centerpiece design (design services for items necessary to create the design, you purchase items) or we can handle with approved pricing that will be additional
• Centerpiece and head table set up day of reception
• Themed Head table Décor (I provide design and sources for items necessary to create the design, you purchase items) or we can handle with approved pricing that will be additional
• Set up of favors, seating, etc.

Wedding Package #3 Deluxe Wedding starting at $3500

Includes:

• Total coordination of ceremony and reception day of (I will guide wedding party etc.)
• Detailed Time Line and agenda for ceremony and reception
• Includes all of Package #1
• Includes all of Package #2 plus:
• Themed Ceremony menus design and creation
• Chair Sash creation and set up ( you purchase items)

Wedding Package #4 Ultimate Wedding starting at $6000

Includes:

• Includes all of Package #1 ,2 and 3 plus
• Step by step from start to finish help and guidance
• Venue suggestions
• Coordinates Rehearsal dinner and reception agenda and production
• Video Slide Production to be projected at venue (based upon venue equipment)

Wedding Ceremony Package #5 starting at $500

Includes:

• Consultation and direction on wedding ceremony only
•  Detailed Time Line and agenda
• Officiant consultation of type of ceremony and officiant for rehearsal and day of ceremony
• Rehearsal of ceremony with all bridesmaid, groomsmen and family members in ceremony
• Day of coordination at wedding ceremony and direction of all participants

To add Rehearsal dinner coordination and decorations- customized to venue you choose- ask us for pricing.

Reception Package #6 starting at $500

Includes:

• Consultation and direction for reception only
• Coordination of everything that takes place during the reception
• Detailed Time Line and agenda

Centerpieces and decorations are extra depending on what you choose for venue and theme
