Aviation themed event was a success for Bozard Lincoln
When Bozard Lincoln needed sales to take off, they called Upscale Event Productions. We gave their project wings. Held at Urban Asado, we were very excited to partner with Bozard Lincoln with this star-studded event. We planned and managed the product launch of the new Lincoln Aviator SUV.
This mid-size SUV needed a classy debut. We put together a full aviation-themed premier complete with a replica runway for the star – The Lincoln Aviator. This VIP event was a true red carpet event. When guests arrived they got the paparazzi treatment. Next, Michael from Michael’s Tasting Room prepared culinary magic on the custom Urban Asado spit, guests enjoyed the custom aviation lounge and signage to the reveal ceremony. The weather was perfect and so was the event! We dressed the area with red velvet ropes and stanchions and decorative palms.
Finally, live entertainment, a vintage Lincoln, and of course, signature cocktails put the finishing touches on the night. Upscale Event Productions staged high top tables with miniature vintage airplane centerpieces and luggage. The aviator’s lounge was a huge crowd pleaser with leather couches, a custom airport runway rug, backdrop and more.
